For Sydney’s personal training at SOMA, we charge $150 per session.
This involves a 1:1 training session where you will cover proper form on each exercise as well as assistance with your routine or other areas such as postural correction, nutrition and stress management.
SOMA’s annual contracts start from $88/week or $111/ week for monthly billing cycles.
