SOMA offers a variety of group classes, including reformer Pilates, HIIT classes, mat Pilates, and yoga sessions that incorporate sound healing and breathwork.

How do I know which class is right for my fitness level?

Our experienced coaches and PT director can help match you with classes that suit your fitness level. If you are a beginner or returning after a break, we recommend to try Fundamental Reformer Pilates or Yoga and for confident movers you may enjoy our Intermediate Reformer or Strength class.

Are the group classes included in my SOMA membership?

Yes, all SOMA memberships include unlimited access to our small group session schedule.

Are there any health or pregnancy considerations I should know about before booking?

All of our classes are suitable for those with injuries and during pregnancy. Just let our team know in advance so we can tailor the class to your needs. It’s also essential to follow your instructor’s guidance throughout.

At SOMA, all of our instructors are pre- and post-natal trained, so we can guide you toward the safest and most effective options for your body. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a class?

You’re welcome to reschedule any class outside our 12-hour cancellation window. If you need to cancel within 12 hours of your session will incur a $10 fee. For more information on cancellation and rescheduling, please get in touch with our team.
