    SOMA prides itself on being home to some of Sydney’s best personal trainers, all holding university degrees and with at least five years’ experience, many boasting 20+ years. We also ensure our team is welcoming to every client.

  • We cover a range of training modalities, including strength training, body transformation, hypertrophy training, fat loss training, mobility work, posture correction, core and glutes stability exercises, as well as rehabilitation programs and more.

  • 100% unique and tailored to your individual needs and lifestyle.

    Based on the findings of our initial assessment and taking into account your goals, nutritional objectives, any supplementation plans, as well as any injuries or medical conditions, we then design your individualised weekly training program.

    In addition, our members get access to our exclusive APP where they can track results, get coaching support, nutrition tips and more.

  • For Sydney’s personal training at SOMA, we charge $150 per session.
    This involves a 1:1 training session where you will cover proper form on each exercise as well as assistance with your routine or other areas such as postural correction, nutrition and stress management.

  • SOMA’s annual contracts start from $88/week or $111/ week for monthly billing cycles.
