TERMS

BOOKING

Book your session through either your PT or the SOMA concierge desk.
Book up to one week in advance, subject to availability.

PAYMENT

PT sessions are purchased in packs of 12 or 24.

EXPIRATION

All packs expire 4-months after purchase.

CANCELLATION

Sessions cancelled with less that 24 hours notice will be forfeited

REFUNDS

SOMA PT packs are NOT refundable.

TERMS

BOOKING

Your preferred training days and times are shown as reserved and blocked out in SOMA's PT session diary.

PAYMENT

Direct debit every 28 days. You must use your sessions within the 28 day cycle. Unused sessions will NOT be rolled over into the next 28 day cycle.

CANCELLATION

Sessions cancelled with less that 24 hours notice will be forfeited

MAKE UP SESSIONS

Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice can be used within the same 28 day cycle.
Unused sessions may also be used with a different SOMA PT subject to availability.
Unused sessions may be gifted to another person nominated by you and must be used in the same 28 day cycle. Terms and club rules apply.

FREEZING

You may freeze your PT subscription for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 8 weeks in any 12 month period.
Freezing your subscription may risk the availability of your reserved training time on return.

TERMINATION

A minimum of 28 days written notice is required to terminate your personal training contract. (T&Cs apply)
