Who is the fitness training program for?

Do I need to be fit before starting a personal training plan?

Not at all, we’ll work with you regarding your fitness level, tailoring the plan specifically for your needs. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out

How is a personal training plan different from group classes?

The training plan is a specific program designed just for you, while the group classes are designed to complement your routine and support general fitness in a setting with more people.

How long does a typical training workout program last?

Typically, our training programs are designed for 8–12 weeks, but this can be tailored to your goals. Once that time has passed, we’ll work with you to adjust and evolve your program as needed.

Will I have a personal trainer guiding me throughout the plan?

Yes, you’ll work one-on-one with your trainer from start to finish. They’ll coach you through every phase and adapt your plan as you progress.  If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out

Can the fitness training program be adapted to injuries or special needs?

Absolutely! During your initial body assessment, we’ll account for any injuries, rehab needs or medical conditions, so we can adjust a plan for your body, not work against it.
