What is the purpose of fitness testing?

Fitness testing is an assessment designed to understand how your body functions in terms of physical performance, so we can create a training plan that realistically supports your fitness goals.

Is this like a doctor’s check-up?

Not quite, while we do look at your body composition and health markers, our focus is performance, function and movement tailored to the fitness aspect, we don’t provide medical diagnosis.

How often should I get a full body check-up in Sydney?

It’s recommended to perform a full assessment every 8–12 weeks. However, our membership plans include monthly body scans to help you track your progress. Our team can help you adjust your goals and help you stay on track.

What does a full body test include?

Our full body test includes posture, movement, body composition, health metrics, functionality and stability testing, giving us the full picture of how your body operates.

The body composition will depend on several factors such as age, genetics, nutrition, lifestyle and overall health. Typically, a “good” body composition should balance a low percentage of body fat and a higher percentage of fat-free mass, such as muscle and bone.
