All workshops and immersions are typically capped at 20 people. We have flexibility for larger groups, please enquire within to make arrangements.
About Adam, Program Coordinator
With over 20 years of experience in health, fitness, and human performance, Adam brings a wealth of practical knowledge and leadership to SOMA’s Corporate Wellness Program. A certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, and Wellness Coach with a background in Anatomy and Sports Nutrition, he has guided thousands through transformative retreats and high-performance programs.
Adam’s approach blends science, movement, and mindfulness to help individuals and teams perform at their best — physically, mentally, and emotionally. His sessions are engaging, evidence-based, and designed to inspire lasting behavioural change and elevate wellbeing in every aspect of life.
