About you

  • Qualified Personal Trainer (Cert III & IV) and/or Accredited Exercise Physiologist
  • Minimum of three years of industry experience
  • Strong understanding of strength training, performance, rehabilitation principles, and longevity-focused programming
  • Confident working with high-level professionals and discerning clientele
  • Exceptional communication skills and a polished, professional presence
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in managing client outcomes
  • Passionate about continual learning, coaching excellence, and premium service delivery

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 and small group personal training sessions with a focus on measurable results
  • Conduct client consultations, assessments, and onboarding using club technology
  • Design, implement, and oversee personalised training programs and progressions
  • Conduct 8-weekly client reassessments and update programs accordingly
  • Track client progress and ensure accountability for outcomes
  • Maintain exceptional coaching standards and provide a premium member experience

Reformer Pilates Instructor

About you:

  • Minimum 2 years experience teaching Reformer Pilates
  • Holder of a current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Experience working in a high-end wellness environment
  • Passion for helping people achieve their health and wellness goals
  • Love for movement and inspiring others through teaching

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach engaging Reformer Pilates classes for our members

Concierge Staff

About You

  • Experience working in a high-end wellness, hospitality, or luxury service environment
  • Polished, professional, and confident engaging with senior executives and discerning members
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a naturally warm, welcoming manner
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience handling administration tasks and confident using programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and booking/CRM systems
  • Calm, proactive, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a premium concierge experience for members from arrival to departure
  • Build meaningful relationships with members to understand preferences and personalise service
  • Manage front-of-house operations, bookings, and member enquiries with discretion and efficiency
  • Support the smooth coordination of classes, personal training, and recovery services
