TERMS
BOOKING
- Book your session through either your PT or the SOMA concierge desk.
- Book up to one week in advance, subject to availability.
PAYMENT
- PT sessions are purchased in packs of 12 or 24.
EXPIRATION
- All packs expire 4-months after purchase.
CANCELLATION
- Sessions cancelled with less that 24 hours notice will be forfeited
REFUNDS
- SOMA PT packs are NOT refundable.

- Your preferred training days and times are shown as reserved and blocked out in SOMA's PT session diary.
PAYMENT
- Direct debit every 28 days. You must use your sessions within the 28 day cycle. Unused sessions will NOT be rolled over into the next 28 day cycle.
CANCELLATION
- Sessions cancelled with less that 24 hours notice will be forfeited
MAKE UP SESSIONS
- Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice can be used within the same 28 day cycle.
- Unused sessions may also be used with a different SOMA PT subject to availability.
- Unused sessions may be gifted to another person nominated by you and must be used in the same 28 day cycle. Terms and club rules apply.
FREEZING
- You may freeze your PT subscription for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 8 weeks in any 12 month period.
- Freezing your subscription may risk the availability of your reserved training time on return.
TERMINATION
- A minimum of 28 days written notice is required to terminate your personal training contract. (T&Cs apply)
