‍In this Privacy Policy, ‘us’ ‘we’ or ‘our’ means SOMA Collection Pty Ltd ACN 623 740 625 and our related bodies corporate. If you use a personal trainer at SOMA, this Privacy Policy also applies to your personal trainer to the extent it relates to them providing services to you at SOMA. We are committed to respecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use, store and disclose your personal information.

By providing personal information to us, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and any other arrangements that apply between us. We may change our Privacy Policy from time to time by publishing changes to it on our website. We encourage you to check our website periodically to ensure that you are aware of our current Privacy Policy.

Personal information includes information or an opinion about an individual that is reasonably identifiable. For example, this may include your name, age, gender, postcode and contact details. You may chose not to provide personal information, but we will be unable to deal with you or provide services or support without minimal information.

If you apply for a role with us, we may collect certain information from you (including your name, contact details, working history and relevant records checks) from any recruitment consultant, your previous employers and others who may be able to provide information to us to assist in our decision on whether or not to make you an offer to you. 

Sensitive information 
Sensitive information (such as health or mental health information) will only be used for providing services to members and clients, unless required to be disclosed by law, to protect us, or to reduce a serious threat to a person’s health or safety

• to provide services to you and enable you to access and use our website and any app;
• to help you use SOMA safely;
• to send you service, support and administrative messages, reminders, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and information you request;

• if you are using SOMA through a corporate relationship, to comply with your corporate employer’s staff fitness program management requirements;
• to help us run and administer our business, provide PT services, and collect payments (these parties cannot use personal information for other purposes);

• to consider your employment application.

‍We may send you direct marketing communications and information about our, or our trusted partners services and products.
